Rising country star Karley Scott Collins has spoken out forcefully to quash swirling rumors linking her romantically to newly divorced country music icon Keith Urban.

Collins, 26, addressed the speculation directly on Instagram after headlines suggested Urban, 58, had moved in with her following his recent divorce from actress Nicole Kidman. Sharing a screenshot of one such article on her Stories, Collins dismissed the claims outright.
“Y’all, this is absolutely ridiculous and untrue,” she wrote, punctuating her response with a crying-laughing emoji.
The rumors began circulating shortly after Urban and Kidman finalized their divorce earlier this month, ending their 19-year marriage. Gossip sites quickly linked Urban to Collins, fueling online chatter that blurred the line between professional collaboration and personal life.
Collins and Urban have worked closely together in recent years. She opened for him on his High and Alive tour, which launched in Alabama in May 2025, an opportunity Collins has repeatedly described as career-defining. In October, she publicly thanked Urban in a birthday tribute, praising his kindness and mentorship and calling herself “lucky to call you a friend.”
That public affection, combined with Urban’s high-profile split, proved enough to ignite speculation. A January report even claimed Urban had moved in with Collins, citing unnamed sources and referencing support from Urban and Kidman’s daughters, Faith and Sunday Rose.
Neither Urban nor Collins’ representatives immediately responded to media requests for comment, but Collins’ blunt Instagram response left little room for ambiguity.
The singer, a former child actor who released her debut album Flight Risk in September 2025, has been steadily building her own identity in the country music world. Fans and industry watchers note that the sudden focus on her personal life threatens to overshadow her musical momentum.
This is not the first time Urban has been linked to a younger musician since his split from Kidman. Shortly after the separation, rumors tied him to guitarist Maggie Baugh, claims that were later dismissed by a close source as “absolutely not true.”
For now, Collins appears determined to redirect attention back to her work, making it clear that while she and Urban share a professional bond, the romance narrative is, in her words, simply untrue.
